We worked collaboratively and created a cookbook! - Naziye Kaşka/SAUSAL - Turkey

Flavors of the World Our eTwinning Project ‘The Salad Bowl’ offered us a great opportunity to explore the cuisines of the partnering countries. Living far away from each other, we were excited to discover the similarities of some traditional dishes derived from the same origins. We experienced a culinary tour of far away destinations, opening our doors to each other and dining together. Preparing and sharing meals enabled us to come together as a global community, where we could connect and feel close. We worked collaboratively to create this cookbook which consists of our traditional dishes and we are delighted to share it with the rest of the World. For those who would like to explore the exciting world of flavors can find many recipes of their taste in it. We hope you enjoy it!
