Celebration of English Language Day! - Vilma Kalvaityte/Lithuania
English Language Day has been celebrated on 23rd April since 2010. This day was chosen because it is thought to be Shakespeare's birthday, and the anniversary of his death. As well as being the English language's most famous playwright, Shakespeare also had a huge impact on modern-day English. The Salad Bowl Project is an international Project and the activities are carried out in English language. One of the most important objectives of the Project is to enhance English language competencies of students and Lithuanion Team has prepared some activities to celebrate this day together with other teams. They created a poster, a Wordcloud with key words and an informative video about the day. English Language Day Video
