The Salad Bowl Project Teams introduced their traditional dishes to their international friends from the partnering countries in October.   The global theme of World Cities Day 2021 is “Adapting cities for climate resilience”, acknowledging that integrated climate actions will greatly reduce climate related risks for urban populations. The Project Teams of The Salad Bowl Project have discussed some of the problems most cities are facing these days and teenagers from Turkey, Romania, Lithuania and Jordan tried to find solutions to these problems.
