The project team of CNGL, Sibiu, Romania, performed the Turkish folk dance ‘Damat Halayı’ . We enjoyed this activity a lot and we discovered that there are many similarities between Romanian and Turkish folk dances.

The Salad Bowl Project Teams introduced their traditional dishes to their international friends from the partnering countries in October. They created videos and shared them on our YouTube channel for the others to be able to watch and try the ones they like at home. They cooked the dishes they chose in their own kitchens and tasted as a whole family.   The global theme of World Cities Day 2021 is “Adapting cities for climate resilience”, acknowledging that integrated climate actions will greatly reduce climate related risks for urban populations. The Project Teams of The Salad Bowl Project have discussed some of the problems most cities are facing these days and teenagers from Turkey, Romania, Lithuania and Jordan tried to find solutions to these problems.
