We had the Partners' Meeting to evaluate the activities done in November and plan what we are going to do in December. We made weekly plans to be carried out until New Year!
The Salad Bowl Project Teams introduced their traditional dishes to their international friends from the partnering countries in October. They created videos and shared them on our YouTube channel for the others to be able to watch and try the ones they like at home. They cooked the dishes they chose in their own kitchens and tasted as a whole family. They liked the cooking experience a lot! SAUSAL Project Team cooked the traditional dishes that their peers from Jordan, Lithuania and Romania suggested and documented the process with joy!
The global theme of World Cities Day 2021 is “Adapting cities for climate resilience”, acknowledging that integrated climate actions will greatly reduce climate related risks for urban populations. The Project Teams of The Salad Bowl Project have discussed some of the problems most cities are facing these days and teenagers from Turkey, Romania, Lithuania and Jordan tried to find solutions to these problems. Take action towards climate resilience now and watch the video to get informed on how to do it: World Cities Day - Adapting Cities to Climate Resilience
P.B.S Project Team got their Certificates of Participation for the Salad Bowl Project. They worked really hard in collaboration with other teams and created a lot of nice works during the project. I'm so proud of them.
